Junior Training
Greetings to all,
KoBSC offers sailing tuition using the club's fleet of Topper dinghies on Fridays starting in May from 1700 - 1900 at the RNLI slip. We have two instructors within the cub and the Tighnabruaich Sailing School has generously agreed to help. The sessions depend on availability of instructors and the weather - a WhatsApp group is used to advise if the sessions are going ahead. If you'd like to join the WhatsApp group, please contact us.
Minimum age is 8 and those under 10 should be accompanied by a parent or Guardian. We’ll need a minimum of one parent / guardian each week to assist on the beach.
To allow temporary membership of the club, children, not already members, will be expected to Pay 5 pounds once only for any tuition along with the consent form or prior to the first session. There will be no additional charge for children already members, either as Juniors or as part of a Family Membership.
